Professor Ayyub addressed the ASME Safety Engineering and Risk Analysis Division (SERAD) as Banquet Speaker at the 2009 ASME International Mechanical Engineering Congress & Exposition in Orlando, Florida on November 18, 2009. He discussed Risk Analysis for Multi-Hazards and received the society’s Honorable Recognition Award for service in advancing the engineering profession.
